Pivot Tables

The OPQ Pivot Tables provide current and historical data on students and staff. To ensure the best use of the tables, please visit our training and support site. Please be aware that all information available on this site is for internal Monash use only.

The reporting schedule provides an overview of the internal and external reporting timelines throughout the year.

There are currently problems accessing our pivot tables through Internet Explorer.  To fix this issue please:

1. open IE,
2. click on Tools,
3. select internet options
4. select the Security tab
5. click on custom level
6. scroll down to Downloads
7. click enable on Automatic prompting for file downloads
8. restart IE

Go8 Data

As part of the Go8 Data Sharing Agreement, the Office of Planning and Quality (OPQ) co-ordinates the submission and processing of record level Go8 student and staff data. The OPQ datamart currently contains 2008-2011 student and 2008-2012 FTFFT staff Go8 data and this is made available in a series of custom pivot tables available here.   Please note that these pivot tables are restricted access.   If you do not currently have access a request will need to be directed to Kristina Kaulenas (Manager, Information Strategy and Surveys – Office of Planning and Quality), in writing from the Faculty Manager or equivalent.
