Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Both faculty and central support services are becoming increasingly interested in learning about the service expectations and experiences of their customers - either staff or students, or both. CHEQ is able to assist with customer surveys in the following ways:
- Advising on methods for identifying customers' needs and expectations,
- advising on methods for measuring customer satisfaction with services provided,
- assistance in planning and conducting customer focus groups,
- Developing, administering, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, reporting on results and assisting with addressing improvements identified.
